Day 3: The Packed Lunch

I am terrible at taking packed lunches for work, I always forgot or can't be bothered and I then get a bunch of convenience foods from a shop that are high fat, high calorie, high carbs.

Today I have brought a sandwich and some fruit as well as some low calorie crisps, I did grab a couple of snack foods  (chicken bits and a samosa) and some drinkage (diet coke). Normally I'd be quite happy getting some fizzy flavoured water but when I'm on earlies I can't do this... next pay day I should buy a load and keep them in a cupboard at work.

So today's food is better calorie wise but still not great wallet wise. I need to stop buying foods on my way to work and the only way I am going to do this is by eating breakfast before work. those are my next goals...

If I stick to this then that is hitting the target of less than 1500 calories a day... fingers crossed, come on will power you can do it!!
